Unfortunately I only was able to meet Toney briefly a few times at varius WOTI gatherings. He would be a "Hail Fellow - Well Met" type of guy should I try to describe him. A grand sense of humor and a zest for life. He was a friend I didn't get to know anywhere near as well as I would have liked to.
